    T2 Parameter Problem? Help!

I just bought and took delivery of a QT-15 with a T2 that was supposed to be 100% ready to plug and play... Well it's not. powered up and all the parameters had been lost, re entered them by hand from the list provided with documentation after powering on and charging all the batteries. Now for the fun part, everything works great except...... I wrote a simple face turn program for a 2.00 diameter bar to be turned to 1.00, when you hit cycle start the tool travels across centerline to -2.00 and faces to 0, then the tool travels across centerline to -2.00 and turns the stock down to -1.00 then goes home. At this point I'm cutting air so of course this would not work with an actual workpiece in the chuck. Simulation shows the turret coming from the bottom of the screen instead of the top like my other QT-15 with a T2 does. Any ideas??????

Since you have 2 QT-15s I would comare parameters. Maybe something will stand out. Do you have a T2 parameter manual?
