For the longest time i tried to figure out what the "B" dimention of 8-12 meant:
Its easier to see on the right side, that there are perforations that you can knock out to make it the size that you need.
Now I have to pick up some 1/16' thick aluminum angle to be a guide for it to run in. It fits so perfect you would think i designed the machine with them in mind.
ok, working on installing the 1 bellow now. wish me luck!
Sexy right? Now I just have to get the second bellow shipped.
new bellows will arrive Wed. Now i have to debate if I want them for the Y axis. $400 in total. ouch.
Ugh, it won't arrive until Friday! Ordered some new endmills in the meantime. I should add some bracing in the meantime.
Im going with the glass is half full, you drilled and tapped too many holes

How are you gonna get those buggers out when they are packed with dried coolant and chips? Seems like it would be a pain unless you make a cover for them to go around your vise or whatever you have bolted on there.
air blast cleans it up nicely. id rather have had the flat tip screwdriver type, because there would be much less deposits of tiny swarf, but it is what it is.
Pretty awesome build you've got there Nate. Looking forward to seeing a video showing the whole machine in action one of these days. Beautiful work, keep it up!
actually back to the half full concept, I forgot I planned to have a fixture plate on top of the tool plate, so that was why I only needed a certain amount of the plugs.
awesome. i am happy. very happy.

That is pretty awesome
A little more in depth desc. of tool, I'll plug it into G-Wizard for you. But just off hand I'd say .01 doc, 1900 rpms, 30-40 ipm.
