hello there,
we have recently had a problem with our Danobar 42,
it has siemens 810D controls.
all hydraulics are working and the screen is working.
the problem is when we try to move in X we get "1040 DAU-LIMIT REACHED"
and move in Z "1041 DAU-LIMIT REACHED"
we have had an engineering in trying to solve the problem for 2 days with no success as yet.
we require some drawings for the machine if anyone can help us.
or if anyone has had a similar problem please advise a solution.

Call up Siemens Automation and Drives.They are in Manchester,England.They have a free helpdesk.
Download the manuals for the control free from their website.
Sorry I can`t be more help as I only know the 810 and 820 M&T controls.
If you can`t find a number for them PM and I`ll dig it out for you.

The answer might already been answered, but for those who haven't figured out...
1. Hold "release Limit reached" + "Reset" buttons
2. Jog axis off the limit while holding "release Limit reached" button. (The reset switch need to be pressed once).
Done.
