I having problem on the Newing Hall spindle pneumatic.
Does anyone service this spindle or know where to get the spare pneumatic?

The spindle part looks a lot like my Vision spindle. Even if it is not, Vision should be able to help you with parts. Engraving Accessories | Vision Engraving & Routing Systems
The accuator is a 041-NR
Manufactured by BIMBA
PNEUMATIC CYLINDER 3/4INCH BORE STROKE 1INCH
I find the accuator is normally ok but the spindle cylinder is bogged down with grease and crude. unthread the spindle and polish with a buffer and clean the holder. Use keosene to lubriate or very fine oil - graphite.
The bimba type cylinders are made of aluminum, and so is the piston in side, they have a small rubber "O" ring wraped around the piston, if the cylinder walls or piston have not been damaged you can pick up a "O" ring at the auto parts store and replace it,
use light oil to keep it lubed. I use one drop of oil for a days use, no more that that or it will start to leak out of the shaft seal of the piston rod, if you don't run it but a few times a day you don't need that much.
Hope this helps.
