    RFQ Aluminum plate work

I'm curious if it would be cost effective to contract these pieces out. 1/4 6061 aluminum, 20 pieces.

    RFQ Aluminum plate work

    Hi,

You say that there are 11 views. When I open it in Bobcad I only see the solids view. Am I missing something. If I could get a dimensioned print I would ask my boss to quote it so that you can decide what to do.

Are you asking for a quote?

I would say 1 hour programming time since you have the solid and ~10-15 min floor to floor for production... not including setup

    most shops charge $70-$110 hour
then you have to factor in tooling and material.
you're looking at paying anywhere from 20 to 40 bucks a part

the number 11 that you saw was the number of times the file was downloaded.
