Amazed to see no body have this machine..................
So after long trials the parameters are installed combining parameters of 760/16 and 760/20.
Machine is running okay, axis is moving, getting home and ATC is working fine as I had to change some lines in the PLC program which was causing alarms when we give M06 command.
Tired to run component on the machine and found problem in the travel of machine. Machine moves .18mm more with every 1mm command given. e.g. as we give command to move 1mm machine moves 1.18mm in actual...
The problem is there in some parameters so please anyone who can help here thanks in advance....:banghead:

Alright. It is a little bit too late to give you the parameter list. Hope it still helps. I have the exact machine parameter as you need, VMC760/22 TNC370, but in hardcopy.
The problem is I lose one page of it, from 3210 to 7210. But parameter 3000+ are for spindle control, 4000+ for PLC, 5000+ for data linking, 6000+ for option accessories. I have another list of VMC560/22, TNC370 which I am very sure that they have the same hardware and design as VMC760/22, same spindle, same Siemens drive, same board. So you can take over parameter 3210 to 7210 from my VMC560 list, to combine it with the lost section.

Forget the TNC370! Retrofit the machine with iTNC530.
Very easy job on Bridgeport machines with TNC370! Can be done in two or three days!
And the advantages with iTNC530 shuold be clear to everyone who has any knowledge on Heidenhain controls.
I have done two retrofits like that!

Well, that depends where you are.
Forst of all you need to buy the iTNC530 analog version with the UV-power supply, the keyboard and the screen.
Then there is some work to be done. Shift the Siemens modules so that you can make some room for the iTNC530.
Also you need to do some work so that the new screen and the keyboard fit to the panel.
You need some new cables as well. (Screen at least)
The input connectors for the scales must be do again. (different connection on the inputs)
Actually there is not too much work to be done on the hardware side.
After this you need a new PLC-program for the machine.
I have done two retrofits like this. The whole work with the PLC can be done in few days.
