    bit size question

Need help in determining the best bit to use. I have been running a 1/16" down spiral 3/16" LOC to cut 5mm lumber core Oak plywood. Running it in one pass. My feeds and speeds that I run have been around 20-25ipm at 20000-22000rpm. I recently ordered Onsrud bit 64-000. Loved the finish. But the bit broke. Contacted Onsrud and they sent me another one for free. That one broke also. Was running at the same feed and speeds. The bit needs to be 1/16" with at least 3/16" LOC. What do ya'll recommend for feeds and speeds? I think I am running it too slow but just hesitant on speeding it up.
