    Swarf Toolpath

    Hello everyone I'm working on a model and i'm trying to use the swarf toolpath the problem that im running into is that the toolpath is very jumpy upon running it, Is there a way to smooth the path out.

    it is as if the spindle is repositioning every .125 inch or less, and not flowing smooth. it doesn't show in backplot

    What do you have for settings for step over, step down, resolution, etc?

    What happens when you try to use another toolpath method?

    Can you share the file or a picture of the shape that you are using this on. also what typ of machine?

    Have you tried sync by entity?
