    Exclamation HY02D223B VFD

    I have a HY02D223B. I have it running on a Bridgeport clone cnc mill. Remotely I have speed control with a pot, and forward and reverse switch, but no reverse. When it is in forward position the forward led is on, but the reverse is flashing at the same time. Also in forward it it takes 5 to 10 sec. to start up and a while for it to stop. It is like a capacitor needs to bled down. Do I have a parameter wrong or a bad VFD? Thought I would ask questions here.
