    Lightbulb other softwares for 3d scanning?

    i have been experimenting with the David laser scanner with the laser line option.
    but the problem is that the software is not totally free, and if you want to save the model at full quality then u must have to buy that software.

    so is there really any other open-source or free software which can scan using laser line?

    i have searched the net for it and didn't found much on laser line scanning free software but i have found a free SL light scanning software. Build Your Own 3D Scanner: Optical Triangulation for Beginners

    so is there any laser scanning software out there for free?

    i have tried that software too many days ago, it worked but that software is still at development stage. i am searching for something that is more accurate.
