I have two small parts that I need a quote on. I've been burned previously on this board by Dean Mortera at Ollin Machine Works but I know there are good machinists and businessmen on here. These would need to be machined out of T-6061 aluminum to about 0.01 tolerance. I would need one prototype and then the 100 units 14 days from order.

It would be nice if you provided the basic size of the parts and whether they are mill or lathe, so people don't spend the time providing an information packet when they don't have the right machine for your work. Sorry about your experience with Ollin, I have a customer that prepaid him for $2,000 of scrap parts. I think he is outsourcing a lot to Mexico.
