Need to have these fabbed for a prototype, then a potential limited run of 50, then depending on the production volume.
I'm attaching AutoCAD 2007 drawings, the one labeled BackEnd needs to be manufactured from Delrin, the one called PressDrawing needs to be from mild steel. The dimensions are given in millimeters (it's for a metric machine, so we don't have much choice). The PressDrawing's external dimensions are 1" X 2" X 3/4", ignore any minor variation due to drawing dimensions. The 5/16 hole on the press drawing should be threaded for 5/16 TPI.
Tolerances on the delrin piece are +-0.002" all.
Tolerances on the concentricity of the cylindrical channels in the press drawing are 0.001" and 0.002" on the positioning of the channels and the 5/16" hole.
The external dimension tolerances on the press drawing piece are 0.1" for the length and whatever the bar stock supplier gives for the width and height.
The 13mm hole can be substituted with a 1/2" hole and the 16m with a 41/64", but keeping them concentric is key!
Please email me your quotes to dmitri@[spamremove]dartamon.com, I don't check the PMs here often.
