Pl check the boards below the CRT

There will be 4 boards.

The the 3rd will have a LED permanantely lit

The LED on the 4th will be blinking.

If both does not occur then there might be problem in any one of these cards.

The flat band cables from the key board goes to the 4th card.

Are the other keys working?

If you want to go to privilage mode then you have to press F3 and the PARAM softkey

the boards under the crt are ok:
BOard1: FX562 - no led and no jumper is set
Board2: FX84 no lights on
Board3= FX32 one Led is on
Board4= FX52 led is blinking

When I put the "I" on the crt to make the machine on, the F keys are blinking up shortly, but then I cannot push them.
I just saw that the leds from the F-Keys are a little bit on, I can see a dimly light. I guesss thats not usual.

When I pull out the FX01 card from the rack the lights are off.
So could it be that one? Or could it be just the missing paramters?

the other keys are working, excepting F1,F2,F3, ATC O and Water on

Dear Bgkai,

Pl check the toggle switch position on the FX01 and FX15 card.

The top one toggle switch on FX01 card should be upwards.

The toggle switch on the FX15 card also should be on the upwards.(This I will check on monday and confirm).

I can´t believe!

So the hydraulic is on, the spindle is running and the the axis can drive.
But still failure 100 missing tool parameters
I hope I can fix that by myself.

But when the z-axis want to find the zero position it won´t work.
Will move slowly upwards until it stops and there are only stars in the screen..
Is that usual?

Go to tool data screen and offset screen.
If you find *****.**** then you may clear the data by pressing all clear and typing 9999.

You may have to enter new data according tool no.

"common paramter" (I guess it´s called like that)

Hello,
we have 100% the same problem as BgKai:
There are 80 paramter to fill in- but for that I do not have a parameter list.
Somebody an idea? I hope I don´t bore you all- But I guess I´m going crazy with this machine

Can any body help us urgently!!!
Please we devint crazy with this machine.
