    XJ9510 Mill CNC Build

    Hi Guys,

I just finished my 4 axis CNC of the XJ9510 Mill. It is similiar to X2 from Seig. I used a NEMA 34 on the Z axis and NEMA 23's on the X and Y. I am using a Seig rotary table for the A axis.

I am using a 4 axis board from Shenzhen to do the USB control with Mach3. I wasn't sure just what I could do with the mill until I saw the wizards in Mach3.

I also purchased a CJ9518 lathe but don't see a reason to CNC that at the moment.

I am a retired American living in Shanghai and the prices were too good to pass up. There is a street here that has all manner of tools and stuff including stores that have everything from screwdrivers to large CNC mills and lathes on display.
