Iv thought of a new idea, I want to buy a machine that sharpens milling cutters.
At my company at the moment there are over 100 milling cutters that need to be sharpened, and the closest place we can take them is over 300km away. So clearly there is a gap in the market.
But im not exactly sure about the costs involved, or what type of machine i need. I am asking for somebodys advice, somebody that knows the industry that can guide me in the right direction.

Try "googling" Tool And Cutter Grinder You will find things like Cincinnati Monoset etc.
With proper attachments they can sharpen end mills, face mills, shell mills, side mills, reamers and on &on & on.
