    Nigata HMC Model HN63D with Fanuc 18i

    Dear Sirs

    Subject machine is under breakdown and we are unable to know the error as Fanuc Softkeys (below Fanuc LCD screen) are not working

    Please let us know if there is any way to check error without using softkeys

    It depends on what the error or breakdown is. More info??? Were the softkeys working before? What are the status lights on the drives? What does the machine do or not do?
    If the softkeys have not been working for sometime now is a good time to convince the ownership into investing into the upkeep of the equipment and fix the softkeys.
