    Hyundai HiT 30s PLC/CPU not ready for operation

    Came in on Monday morning after running machine on Friday to find out when I turn the machine main power on the screen read "PLC/CPU not ready for operation" and the entire operator panel is dead. What could be the cause of this? Thanks in advance for any help, Dan.

    Problem solved....Contacted Siemens support and they directed me to the plc error code page. From that they were able to tell me it was the "Keyboard Interface Module". Bought one, replaced it and up and running. Their online and over the phone support was very helpful, and free.
