    tm2 vibration

Now i know the tm2 is not the strogest of machines but my machine has an annoying vibration when taking an X plus cut, imagine a 100mm sqaure and start machining at the top right side, y- direction then x- then y+ all is fine but when it goes x+ the machine vibrates a lot more,
the part is aluminium using ally carbide slot drill that i know work great, z depth of cut is -15mm with a radial cut of only 1.5mm, rpm 4000 and a feed of 400mm/min, any ideas.

How many hours on the machine? A slot drill is not going to cut as well as an end mill. Actually taking a heavier cut radially and less axle depth might smooth things out.

Servo drives could be out of tune. There could be something mechanically wrong with the lead screw or coupling to the servo.
