    BK12 Bearing Orientation

    Hi All,

    The bearing on the left, BK12, does it have to be mounted this way?



    I want to flip it around and mount it so the the flat side faces the outside.

    (I borrowed the pic from a post on this site)

    I've seen them mounted both ways on commercial machines...

    Yep, it shouldnt matter, there should be a spacer between the nut and bearing, just move it to the other side when you flip the mount.
