Torrent might not getting indexing signal due to following reasons:-
1. Sensing tenet on back side of turret might be loose due to which it is not getting stop signal.
2. Or it might be due to sensor signal drop for some wiring related reason or loose wiring.

You need to find someone with the identical model of machine. what is make/model Number? They are all dependant on how the machine was commissioned by the OEM.
You also require the option parameters that were purchased when machine was commissioned.

Hi, I have a Jonhford TC20 with a control Fanuc 0-T, the problem with the turret is that it indexes well manually, but lately when running a program we realized that the turret kept turning and keeps moving as if it were in the correct position, if you could provide me your parameters to see if that solves my problem or any advice to follow, best regards.

I have a similar problem with my ZL15-S, Fanuc 0-T B. I need to reset the machine parameters. When resetting the machine, the default is MDI mode, I can't change to EDIT. When I manually enter parameter 905, the machine blocks me from editing the other parameters.

Maybe someone of you has already encountered this problem and could help.
