Yaskawa servo with Syntec controller 0.4 mm error cutting

I have a CNC Router with Syntec EZ4 control, Yaskawa SGDM-10ADA-V servo drives and Yaskawa SGMGH-09ACA61 servo motors.

When I ask to cut a 20.8mm pocket the result is a 20.4mm pocket, I have checked in the X axe, so I have an error of 0.4 mm, a lot.

I´m not shure if this is a machine mechanical issue or a bad servo-controller configuration, which I prefer to think

Could that parameter "Position servo mode(0:CW;1:Volt;2:AB)" in the Syntec controller, be the reason?, mine is set to "2"

Could anyone help me with that?

    Kind regards.

Hi, not sure if you are still having this problem?

If it is in the X Axis, have you tried changing parameter (141 X Axis Pitch amount)
