the live tooling commands are machine-specific. there's nothing in any Fanuc manual that will tell you anything about live tooling or other optional stuff.
you need the Wasino machine manuals.

I used to work an LJ-3 many years ago.
These were the milling M codes....

M19 SPINDLE ORIENTATION
M03 MILL UNIT FORWARD (END FACE DRILLING)
M04 MILL UNIT FORWARD (SIDE KEYWAYS)
M05 MILL UNIT STOP
M52 'C' AXIS LOCK ON
M53 'C' AXIS LOCK OFF
M54 'C' AXIS CLUTCH ON
M55 'C' AXIS CLUTCH OFF

I don't remember exactly now it was 25 years ago but you probably need M54 to enable the milling tools then a Sxxx M03 will spin the milling tool.

You are spot on. It was the M54 and the M03 to make it spin and M55 to disengage the c axis. I am expecting the manuals today. Thank you...... and everyone who gave there input.
