I have a robotic arm made around 1980. The circuitry seems intact and i have connected it via parallel port. After several attempts to make it do some thing I found a new schematic and wired the parallel port to that diagram, viola it did let the base motor turn.... but that is all I can make it do.... Sometimes the other motors will energize but will not move with motor pattern bits. Can anyone tell me where I can acquire a qbasic program to make this thing work. I could gut it and use stepper motor drives but I would really like to keep the original circuitry intact! Thanks!!!!!!
