I am working on doing a Mach3 retrofit on an old Hurco KMB1X mill. I have most everything worked out on the servo drive side, but am kind of lost on what to do on the side of the cabinet with the spindle control stuff.

What should I try to salvage in the attached picture? All I had planned on keeping in there was the main disconnect. Would a new spindle controller replace most of this, and if that is advisable then could someone recommend a good one? Sorry for the lack of knowledge on this, I have mainly worked with smaller (newer) machines.

Dump it all! Newer vfd will take up very little space. Hitachi, fuji, baldor, yaskawa are all good as are others. Even the huywang or how ever it's spelled seems ok so far.

That is what I was hoping to hear. Does anyone have a recommended supplier? I am having issues trying to figure out exactly what specs I need. I attached the specs off the motor. I do have 3 phase power at the machine
