Unless you have MAI file backed up somewhere, you'll have to get it from MAG. New hard drive from them is about $1600 with all the options etc you will need. Do you have any .BCK files saved?

OK, I can boot to mustang software (vickers), and it tells me my bridge board is not present? I will replace the battery so it will remember the date..what is a bridge board?...

Dont pull any batteries out unless you know what you're doing first. But it sounds like your batteries are dead already? How do you know the hard drive is bad? If either of the batteries went completely dead then you will run into a bunch of problems. Battery on the Workstation Board (Left) keeps all the BIOS info intact etc, battery on the Realtime Board (Right one) is even more important. The bridge board is what connects those two boards.

Chances are your batteries went dead and you lost some info.

    Where are you located?

Can you check if the Tool changer is available in your MAI?

    Please push the >> button
    Them push Machine SETUP
In the left colums find the machine data Link
Them go to Tool seltler file
Check if your Tool changer is activated
    If not
Please send me an email and I will help you to fix.

    Take care

Hi guys, thanks for the help, the wire was unplugged in the control panel, also the motor gearbox was seized up a little, I dropped the hub and cleaned it all and greased it up.
