    what program do i need?

    i would like to use my cnc router to cut plugs for vacuum forming of airplane cowls and canopies. i have my machine running turbocnc, i have sheetcam and ace converter, and i have turbocad for my cad program will i be able to generate the g-code for this with sheetcam or ace ? or do i need another cam program?

    You need to be able to create 3D models, and use something like MeshCAM to create the code. www.meshcam.com
