I can see a dash and a dot. Do you have another amplifier? If the same number, you can swap it with the other axis. Do you see any alarms in the crt? What type of control is it?
    Regards

Tell the true it is " --.", two dash and one dot at the same time.
    I use Fanuc 15M (HITACHI HG400III).
    I have 4 amplifiers (X, Y, Z, B). The problem only with Z.
No any error or alarm message in CNC display.
I have the problem only invoke the Z axis. In this case the fatal error appears.
I have read all manuals about my amplifier, but have not found anything about "*." combination.
The "dot" lights immidiatly after the main power switch on (380V in my region).

No errors in the display? Try switching to the message or alarm screen. A dash in the servoamplifier means "Not ready". But we must see what kind of alarm appears in the crt screen.
Still, you can swap the amplifier with another axis if it is the same number.
    Regards

The "--." combination only after the power on.
When I press "power on" in CNC panel (switch on the cnc), initialization process between CNC and amplifiers throgh without errors. And there is the
"0." combination. The "0" means amplifier is ready.
When I swap the amplifier to other axis, the swaped axis becomes "--." and Z becomes OK.

Then, I would say you have a problem in the amplifier. If the amplifier is having the same problem in another position, the amplifier is faulty.

    I know about it.
I suspect the JBT block and AC magnetic contactor in less order.

The problem was in FANUC A20B-2900-0610 card.
One of 8th chanel chip was fault, and error throgh to CNC.
The repalce of thic card made the servo work.
