are you wanting the ladder and system files from flash-rom?
Think it depends on what model 0 it is. Early ones were FD cassette, so without the $$$$$$cassette writer, no.
Fanuc Series 0 Memory back up
Step 1: Set up your Personal Computer (PC) or laptop to receive data. (click here for information on RS232 setup)
Step 2: Punch out NC Parameters as follow
Select EDIT mode.
Select PARAMETER screen (by pressing PARAM/DGNOS key once).
Press and hold EOB key while pressing
OUTPUT START.
* Note: OUTPUT will flash in the lower right-hand corner and NC parameters will be
output.
Step 3: Punch out PMC Parameters as follow
Select EDIT mode.
Select DIAGNOSTICS screen (by pressing PARAM/DGNOS key twice).
Press OUTPUT START.
Step 4: Punch out all NC Programs as follow
Make sure parameter no. 10 bit#4 = 0 (unprotect programs 9000 ~ 9999)
Select EDIT mode.
Select PROGRAM Memory screen.
Key in “O-9999”.
Press OUTPUT START.
Step 5: Punch out Offsets as follow
Select EDIT mode.
Select OFFSET screen.
Press OUTPUT START.
Step 6: Punch out Macro Variables as follow
*Note: Depending on the CNC software version, macro common variables (#500 to #999) can be output. However,
common variables #100 to #199 cannot be output. It is best to write them down, rather than outputting them.
Select EDIT mode.
Select Macro Variable screen.
Press OUTPUT START. (variables will be output in program format.)

Unfortunately, that won't punch out your ladder programming from the plc, only variables, programs, and parameters.
2x 87' Kitamura Mycenter 2B's, 98' Daewoo ACE V-35, and for the special projects, '05 Dremel tool.
FuddMcDee is right. I backed up all programs and parameters, as to chatree's instructions, but that do not include PLC (ladder) backup.
