    First success after build

    This is the first video

    The second video

The sign is for a Sears store's back entrance to stop customers from walking in to the shop area.

As you can see from the 1st pic, the router had issues. After hours of troubleshooting and re-calibrating and so on. I found that a set screw on my Y-axis pully was loose, and it would move intermittently causing lose of location. Note to self " Check everything occasionally".

    Congrats!!

You've probably already done it, but, if not, I'd suggest you use some LocTite to prevent set screws and such from becoming loose.

Well I think you have gotten somewhere. It is so funny that sometimes the fix is so little but so great. The cuts look clean. Great work. You have any pics of your cnc?

    FYI: Lose the apostrophe.

    "EMPLOYEES ONLY" is correct.

    EMPLOYEE'S is possessive not plural.
