    Exclamation SBL, MagnaTurn 612

I am being offered bench model NC/CNC South Bend Lathe, MagnaTurn 612 with DOS Operating system. It appears to be in good shape (it was a demo model) though it is not operational with some rusting bed and without any op. manual. It comes with the SBL PC and a Monitor. Floppy disk appears to be 8.5 inch.

What would it take to convert the DOS to MS Window op. system, and/or do anything else to make it operational again?

Any assistance in pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated.

    Is it this one???

Looks like it could be a fun project.... But...
They got the decimal in the wrong place. $299 would be more like it.

Thanks for replying, but I don't understand what this is all about!

I am still using the DOS Software and an old 486 PC to control my 612.

Customer Service at South Bend <[email protected]> they have the manuals & parts
