    Telescoping ballscrew cover?

I have a 4020 with the steel telescoping ballscrew cover on the Y axis. I am having problems with the the cover and aluminum washer getting hung up on the screw about half way back. The cover is fairly new and still in good condition. Anyone else ever experience this?

    Oil it
    Untwist it (slightly)
Did you have the y axis all the way back when you tightened the ballscrew nut (ballscrew slightly offcenter causing the washer to snag on the bed)
Is the flat section of the washer sitting under the table (as it should)
