Flow 5 Axis Machining on X-Axis

As the title states I am having a problem keeping the tool to cut only the surface instead of going past the part. MCam is compensating the tool diameter on the surface I created which twists. How do I get the cam to recognize the surface edges?

    Edit: Running Mastercam 9.1

Did you need the .mc9 file? Sorry I'm new here.

On each end of the part, create curves on edges and extrude maybe 1/2 inch

Create surfaces on the new extruded solids.

Select those surfaces as check surfaces and the tool should not go pass your part.

    Hope it will work.
