I would like to learn how to use MasterCam. I have been in the machine trade since 1996. I can program using the old fashioned fat finger and machine control method.

I am looking at MasterCam U. They have several web-sites to choose from. I am not sure what path to take. I would be a start at the bottom beginner.

The company I work for will not help me. They believe in hiring experience from the outside. Plus we could be out of business in a year (management has made a lot of mistakes).

I live in Canandaigua, NY. A small town south and east of Rochester, NY. A lot of the jobs listed for my area want you to have MasterCam or the say it would be a plus. I am planning on looking for a new job in the near future.

Does anybody out there have any experience with MasterCam U? Or any ideas or sugestion?
