    spindle 5.5kw and voltage help!

Hi all, I bought a machine for engraving Chinese steel is this:

    The spindle motor:

The problem I see is the power consumption of 1.0kW uses 4 servos, spindle is 5.5kw at 360V and told me the salesman that used a transformer to convert 220v to 380v three phase . It should be noted that in my country is 220V three phase

My question is if the machine worked well using the corrriente transformer, or maybe I should use smaller engines 220v directly but unused current transformer.

I need advice, thank you very much

I would not expect that the machine was fed with 380 just for the spindle, unless it had an internal transformer, if not then there may be other equipment fed off of the 380 feed to the enclosure?
You need to refer to the machine schematics, presumably if this is a new machine you should have them?

Al_The_Man hello, I am seriously considering buying it, I have not bought yet, I read here that many have problems with the factory machine JCUT Chinese, I am very afraid that this machine has the same problems.

What do I do? any advice before buying the machine?

for example, this cnc machine price is 12500 USD, its features are:

panasonic servo motor and driver 1.0kW
    spindle motor 5.5kw
    Square guide rail
    German ballscrew

    this other machine:

is smaller but more expensive 14,400 usd, features:

    spindle motor 2.2kw
    400w servo yaskawa
    Ball Screw Made in China
Rectangular ABBA linear guide from Taiwan

so far do not understand why the price difference, being a smaller machine is more expensive.

I could be wrong here, but on the whole, I am not impressed so far with R.O.C. made equipment, at least they appear to be using some European equipment.
What is the controller? It almost looks like Siemens?
If they intend promoting these machines for R.O.C export, then I would expect the Power Electrics to be compatible with the country they are supplying to, or at least suggest or supply an alternative in the form of Transformer etc.
For that amount of $$ I would like to see a track record!
Also what kind of support can they give you in the event of a problem?
