    5X BLADE POINT MILLING /SWARF CUTTING

    Hi guyz

    I am new to this forum, and I am very new to hypermill and using hypermill 2010 sp1.

    I am trying to do turbine blade machining Near Root and Shroud areas using
    5X BLADE POINT MILLING / SWARF CUTTING am always getting "warning :stop Due to collision tool holder" even whatever (lead tilt and tilt angle) please help how to overcome this problem

    You need changed ur tilt angle and ur tools check up seting u can useing automatic selection or manuel?
    add paramaters photo we can see it in here tnx.
