I have a Chinese machine "Jinan Quick CNC" with RZNC-0501 DSP
A few days later when starting the machine DSP not working
I only see backlight controller and no information on it
This happens when the machine is connected to machine and to PC
Reinstall drivers and menu files but nothing happens.
Tried and hotkey specified in forum controller factory settings but again without effect.
Computer account as a controller device and detects files in internal memory but does not want to work.
Does anyone have any idea what I can try?

the problem is not i the cable
the dsp is not working and on usb cable connected to pc
but the reg light indicator i blinkin when dsp is connected to pc and host program is running

try to press and hold the green [ok] button while turning on the machine.
then, select the emergency version or something like that.

let me know if that works.

It might be a cable problem

I do not think they screwed usb port and port to connect to the machine at the same time, because when I connect the controller to the PC with the usb cable have the same problem
