Iregular round shapes of large holes

I'm using LPKF Protomat 93s machine for pcb drilling.
Whenever it uses 2mm contour router for drilling larger holes, there are ireegular shapes of holes.dont know the why it is happening, previously it was working fine.
I need help wana know the possible causes.

I don't have this machine, but based on your description:
    * Could be the Z axis is loose allowing for slop/movement when the resistance of the material is too high.
    * Could be that the router bit is flexing too much
    * Are you using the vacuum and pins to make sure the PCB does not shift?
    * What is your depth of cut when you try to cut these holes? Are you doing it in one pass are multiple? How thick is the PCB?
    * Are the holes in the right location?
