    3d cutting with flycutter

I'm not sure where I should put this thread, if this is the wrong place sorry. What I'm trying to do is cut a wave pattern into an mdf panel.I want to use a 1.875 Inch fly cutter to cut the waves to save time from using a ball mill. The waves are 0 to 3 degrees spaced every 4 inches apart. I'm using a 5 axis router and rolling the B axis with the waves, The fly cutter cuts fine on the sallow wave but on the steeper inclines it leaves a strip of material in betewn cuts. Can anyone help me come up with a reason for this Thanks.

might have to do with the diameter of your tool not being able to reach or cut the material. not 100% sure on your strip of material being left. got a pic?
