    xilog plus problem

    hi
    we have cnc and xilog plus for programming. now we want to install xilog on new pc with windows 7, and the problem appears when i start with routing. i cant open any files with routing step and i cant do routing. the boring is OK. and this is only when i use graphic editor, tex editor is Ok. any ideas, advice...thank you

    Check your machine configuration and make sure the spindles are set up and also make sure you have a tool file set up properly.

    CCW is correct. Xilog is some what machine spefic to the design of the machine, quantity of spindles, drill unit, quanitity of tool changers and so on. The size and lay out of the machine also plays a role in the machine configuration files within Xilog. the best is to copy the C drive from the old PC to the new one.
