Hello,

I have a registered version of bob cad v24 that installed Predator CNC version 7 and predator virtual CNC 2007, I am a new user.


Question 1- I have posted designs and used the version 7 predator to simulate the backplot animation, but just lately it will not allow me to do to due to the fact the right click menu does not have it there anymore. Before I would right click and it had the option, now it is missing.

Also to note all the tool bars that were there before are missing as well, what is wrong?

Question 2- the other program virtual CNC 2007 only allows .rvp files, can you help with this?

I am using windows 7 and it places a shield on the shortcut-fyi,..why?

The predator included with BobCAD only works with RVP this cannot be changed , you could contact predator they do sell a full g-code version.

As for missing menu's check your license.. The pro simulation is an upgrade to BobCAD If it is not on your license after a five day period only items you own will be accessible.

when I check to see what my license status is, it shows the following?

under the mill in the tree
2 axis is checked green
standard is checked green
pro is checked green

there is a button on the same screen that has the ... on it and it open another screen that shows:

cad level one is check only

mill has level 1,2 and 3 checked

so you think that I only had a 5 day license for the simulator??

how much for that upgrade?? and with the licensing that I have is there any other way??
