The machine was working fine and then suddenly during a tool change the ATC went to the wrong pocket. Now the machine thinks that pocket 4 is pocket 1. If I try to use pocket 4 as pocket 1, the next tool change stops with the carousel forward and the machine stops. I don't know how to re-orient pocket 1 to the controller. Any suggestions?

I also don't know if it's important, but once and a while I get the z55 24v error but I am working to replace the board.

On your tool offset page i believe it is there is a page to set a toolpocket to a different tool #. I don't use it that way so I am not familiar with exactly how it works. I bet that pocket 4 somehow is set to be tool 1.

Thanks for the heads up. You were right about the "register" page. When I went there I found that the magazine did not match the spindle tool number and when I checked my manual it explained how to re-number them to align the magazine to the actual tool number. 5 minutes later my machine was up and running again.
