I want to save the settings I use, such as rapid height, on the NC options page, but I do not know how. Each time I run a toolpath, the defaults return.

Any help?

You could try saving it as a template. It should save the settings that way so when you program next time with the same tool and material, you can use the saved template and your custom settings should stick.

if you click "Tools-Options-NC Defaults" (see attached picture) and check the 3 boxes within the red rectangle, then I think your personal settings will appear next time you make a toolpath. It worked for me..
