11m EX05 Thermal trip alarm (power panel)

    Kitamura Mycenter 4 - Fanuc 11m control

During tool changing operation (M6) EX05 Thermal trip alarm (power panel) occurred, just before the arm takes the tool out of the spindle. Part of the operation is stop the coolant flow.

We checked the thermal trip on the relays. Non of them tripped. However one relay "MS2" was not activated, 0V on coil. Relay "COL1", which activates relay MS2, same situation, 0V on coil.

Checked the green fuses on power unit: ok
Checked black fuses in cabinet: ok

The electrical wiring diagram: following the circuit for MS2 we end at COL1 (coolant 1). From there I go further to CNT1 and CNTP in the ladder diagrams where I see a symbol RST address F000.2
F000.2 can be found in the address list for NC-->PC.
I have added several pictures of electrical wiring , ladder etc.

    What is wrong ?

    Thank you for your solutions,

    Rinus

Machine is working again. We found one more overload switch somewhat hidden in the cabinet which is not documented in the electrical wiring diagram. This one was tripped. Reset, and all OK.
