Well, my seat of x5 is corrupt? even after re-install the logo comes up but the program shuts down all togther. I have x4 installed on the same machine and it works fine? any ideas?

Spash screen shows then disappears when the USB hasp is not being recognised or connected
- try a different USB point
or when you don't have permission to run that application
Is this installed on a Win7 system ?, It then would be likely a permissions issue.

Super thanks, I will try the usb point, we are running XP, the master cam launcher recognizes then dongle?
