    what thread is on proxxon grinder ibe shaft?

    Hello, I need custom part made for proxxon ibe grinder to protect the front bearing from dust.

    What kind of thread does proxxon use for their shaft? It's 8mm diameter but what pitch? Does onyone know?

    Hmmm, I think I have a metric pitch gauge in my tap kit, if so I'll put it on my Proxxon and let you know tomorrow.

    The thread on Proxxon tools is a M8x0.75

    I can confirm that thread of the IB/E is metric, M8 x 0,75.
