New Home built cheap cnc plasma cutter

I have been building a cnc plasma cutter that is about 90% completed on the XYYZ axis. I have tested the axis and they all work fine. I am awaiting some imported cable carriers to finish the drive system and the limit switches. I am going to use a Gecko G540 and a THC. My plasma cutter is a hypertherm power max 350.
While I consider myself and expert on cnc mechanisms, electronics and mach3I am a total newbie when it comes to CNC plasma cutting. I would appreciate it if someone would attach a typical short G code file that shows the G/M codes for torch on/off and an explanation of the sequence.
    For instance.
    Move XY to location
Move Z axis down to just about starting point with the lead in
M7 close switch for torch on
(THC takes over) for heigth control)
Cuts at the controlled feed rate and destination as per the hyperthem manual
    M9 for torch off
    move to next cut location
    etc.

Is that the general sequence ?
Any comments would be appreciated and a G code sample would be great.

    Hi Dan,
Look :: CNC4PC :: iNtRo for THC. It is very easy to use, "Cold Test" is possibble There is no need the Z value for cutting height, sensor finds the correct height and it follows the sheet warpage contously without touching the plate. Just need trevellng height between cuts. And G code as follows:

    G53 G90 G91.1 G40
    G00 X0 Y0 z0
    f2000
    G01
    x10
M3 "Start THC after piercing height and period, start Arc relay"
    x130 ........
    M5 "Stop above"
    g00
z-40 "Go to safe Z level"
    x140 "move for new cut"
    g01
    M3 "Start new cut cycle"
    y130 .........
    M5"stop"
    m30

This system can be used for plasma, oxy, and laser. Water Jet will also possible soon.
    Best regards
    Can
