We are located in Dayton, Ohio and offer a 1 year USA warranty on our machines.
All machines come with a ready-to-go PC desktop computer system
with flat-screen monitor, R134 CW5000 chiller with in-line water filter, motorized
platform, exhaust fan, air compressor, honey-comb and knife-edge platforms,
red-dot pointer, fire-rated safety glass, LED lighting, and LaserCut 5.3 software
is pre-loaded on the computer and tested with your machine.

All machines are Inspected, Tested, Sold, Shipped, and Warranted in the USA!

Yes, thanks for pointing that out, I do not want to mislead anyone here.
Most everyone here knows G.Weike machines are built in China, along
with many other machines represented on this site, that's why I
mentioned the brand in my post above and on my website on the FAQ's
page.

For those on a budget that know the quality of the Weike machines, (based
on other reviews on this site), they will appreciate a way to purchase their
machine in the USA and have local customer service, support, and warranty.
