I've noticed this a few times. I've sort of overlooked it and just re-drew in the geometry but it's starting to cost some time now (loosing things that have had lots of editing done on them). Is there a way to fix this? I never noticed this happening in V23.

V24-Break Entity command is deleting segments and UNDO won't bring them back

there is one thing i can say is that my undo button has always worked in v24,
if the arrow could be worn off it would be gone
possible something did not install correctly
may need to let bc sort through your install
something to remember in v 24 you have quick trim
