Did you run the driver test on Mach3? Have you set up the ports and pins in Mach3 set up per the instructions for the controller? Is your e-stop circuit working correctly and set up properly in Mach3?

You need to carefully read and understand the Mach3 installation manual (http://www.machsupport.com/docs/Mach...all_Config.pdf). The setup of Mach3 is not intuitive, you need to follow the instructions. Once it is installed, you need to run the driver test program to make sure the software can communicate with the parallel port. Then you need to set up the ports and pins for your controller in the Mach3 config menu. If it is still not working, you need to start troubleshooting your hardware and wiring. It can be a long process... good luck!
