Does anyone know how to manually wire align on a Mitsubishi FX ?

When you say manually wire align, do you mean you have a job that is not perpendicular to the table and want to align that vertical edge, or has your wire alignment device broken and you want to make the wire Vertical without using it? You can in this case use wire align with spark, and it describes how to do this in the manual.

I am trying to find settings for doing a spark alignment. I have a working wire align devise.
But i loose perpendicularity when i raise the head to 8 inches. I'm unable to find any info
in the manual on how to do a spark alignment.

It's in our manual, chapter 2 page 37 of basic operation section Electric discharge alignment.
If you have a stone square or a bottle square you can also "straighten" the Z axis by parameters, but it's quite tricky to explain how to do it.
